We recently conducted a specialized training session for Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) titled "Managing Success with Strategic Planning and Monitoring Risk Control," held at Katerina Hotel in Batu Pahat, Johor. This event was attended by 42 participants, including esteemed academicians, PhD holders, Professors, and mid-level managers from UTHM. The training focused on equipping attendees with advanced strategies for effective strategic planning and risk control, aimed at enhancing their ability to manage success in their respective roles. The session provided valuable insights and practical tools designed to address complex challenges and foster effective decision-making.
